Intellectual change is a luxury or necessity !!!

Because of the change in human societies from time to time and for many social, economic and political reasons, there is a constant need for intellectual change that accompanies it in order to absorb and satisfy these variables.

Intellectual change in the context of the exercise of democracy and the enjoyment of freedom, integrity and transparency and narrow the gap between the social classes, all of which leads to cultural progress.

In parallel with intellectual criticism to evaluate the performance away from any repressive effects or tensions and emotions.

There is political repression and there is economic and social repression which varies from society to another. Progress can not be achieved without the accountability of those responsible for their actions and their observance of the values ​​of justice and integrity.

Corruption impedes development in all its aspects and meaningful dialogue leads to the interaction of people with their government, taking into account mechanisms of interaction to let the mind practice to formulate new links to break patterns of old thoughts and to create positive environments to achieve creativity.

The life that the human lives in any place is marked by competition and achieving excellence. This requires competence and merit, which is a lever for intellectual production and the ability to think for creativity, this is a necessary skill and always needs to be strengthened and needs sustained efforts.

Therefore, in order to generate new ideas, the old ideas are combined, modified and developed gradually after the person has the information and the possibilities of this from the inside and the outside, with what is appropriate and compatible with the social environment in order to keep the flame of innovation stoked and seen from different angles.

There are many reasons that hinder the change in development, whether political or social, and this hinders the movement of development, especially when government policies believe the adoption of the traditional style in everything from the change of official to another official, that takes the same style of intellectual and traditional style so there is no departure from what is usual. Negative results and mistakes are constantly present, especially when confronted with challenges of old and traditional thoughts and confusion that are not based on sound foundations.

While in civilized countries, youth seeds are planted in different places to grow and then take advantage of career opportunities to bring new ideas by virtue of the know-how, the mechanism to discuss various issues and the ability to resolve crises to be an effective agent of change.

Therefore, we must cultivate the culture of striving for creativity in the light of societal changes, while we find repetition of officials as they understand what the official wants from them of the intellectual style and work policy to remain the attribute of ideas ignored and neglected for each civilized development and kill the spirit of competition and creative convincing that must change.

As the external knowledge of scientific civilization and orientation towards the application and investment for the public interest is a competitive advantage in our time between countries, to manufacture intellectual capital for each ministry or institution or in any company, it is the product of new ideas or the development of old ideas to maximize the strengths and seize appropriate opportunities.

Either we stay on the same culture of traditional intellectual repetition, therfore it will not achieve reform or change desired and we will remain standstill.
