Riyadh Governor Oversees Accommodation forstranded Gulf Citizens

The Governor of Riyadh, Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdul Aziz, and his deputy, Prince Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman bin Abdul Aziz, are overseeing efforts to accommodate Gulf citizens stranded in the Kingdom, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

This initiative follows directives from the Saudi leadership to host citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries who found themselves stranded at Saudi airports. The aim is to provide them with all necessary means and procedures for a comfortable stay among their kin in their second home until suitable conditions allow their safe return to their respective countries.

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul Aziz, issued a directive approving the hosting of GCC citizens, based on a proposal by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz, Prime Minister. King Salman emphasized the need for all relevant authorities to take immediate action to implement the directive.

The directive reflects the close ties and the Saudi leadership's concern for the safety and well-being of their Gulf counterparts, who are treated as brothers in the Kingdom.
