The Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation (MOPIC) received a delegation of senior officers from the Jordanian Armed Forces enrolled in the Senior Officers’ Management Course No. (6), as part of the field visit programme conducted by the Institute of Management and Logistics Training.
During the meeting, the delegation was briefed on the Ministry’s mandate under the Planning and International Cooperation Law No. (10) of 2024, particularly its role in supporting economic, administrative, and political reform.
The Ministry’s efforts were outlined in the spheres of international cooperation, the design of development programmes, the formulation of economic policy, and the mobilisation of financing to advance the Economic Modernisation Vision and the Public Sector Modernisation Roadmap. These efforts also encompassed coordination with ministries and government institutions to deliver priority development projects and programmes.
At the conclusion of the visit, the delegation expressed its appreciation for the ministry’s efforts in development planning, overseeing the implementation of reform programmes, and providing support for key economic and developmental priorities.
