If we are talking about development and building societies, it is imperative that we do not build the act of the unknown theories without implementation, and that the society has a place of expression to be accepted by the future with a wide receptivity, especially that the development includes all aspects of life health, education and investment and even human resources development to keep pace with this development and even the future becomes known.
Therefore, we have to lay hypotheses as a basis for building not only slogans but words and deeds, that is, we read the reality carefully and from all angles and solve its crises and not aggravate them then we plan for the future towards the known without leaving the crises so as not to remain in a vicious circle.
We all know that the fear of the unknown future in this way has become a selfish monster that kills the present, even if he has the amount of money, he prefers to keep it and accept convincingly what is available to him.
The daily present is darkened by the dark fog of concern for a future that may be illuminated away from the negative emotions that many people live with today. Even some people who live happily in their lives do not want to express their feelings of joy for fear of the consequences of this feeling for they expect something unpleasant to happen to them, because of envy and jealousy, regardless of the justifications and motives that prevent them from feeling happy and announcing them.
So many people are hung up on many myths and beliefs that warn of publicity because it brings the attention of many layers of society, so the fear of many from the unknown and future became called the monster lying in the darkness that can suddenly appear, it is the control of negative thoughts and frustrated feelings by the high level of fighting by senior officials for the poor financial situation of the state budget and the lack of development, which included the development of basic infrastructure of important roads, health centers, educational and others, especially with the increasing detection of corruption and the extent of looting and fraud and the escape of corrupted people without being punished and we have always sought a scapegoat for every issue and crisis.
In this case there must be specialized media and responsible leaders capable of developing a strategy to make a positive change in our lives, their ability to tame the self to acquire the skills of overcoming crises and to suppress the control of negative thoughts on our lives and learn how to abandon our concern of the unknown future and face the fear monster with brave, will and optimism.
It is the strategy or plan of battle where the main steps are put to fight these fears and guide our ideas to the right track, that is, we are doing contrary to what is urged by the monster of anxiety so as not to be singled out.
On the other hand, we find that our preparations for the winter season, changes in the weather, loads of large amounts of rainfall, the form of floods and snow and others, we find that it is below the required level.
This is the responsibility of all without exception in each governorate. There are the executive councils, the decentralized committees and the concerned authorities, which had to form specialized field committees with the municipalities and the sensory detection of the places of formation of floods and the deportation of the sheep owners, as well as residents next to places of floods. Citizens should be warned by various media to take care and caution and deport those in danger, and preparations for hospitals, the training of human cadres in municipalities and directorates of works, which exceeds the need, and provide the possibilities, supplies and equipment for emergencies and First aid, while we find that we are relying on disputes in the face of crises of any kind and the gift of unqualified citizens to help the cadres of the concerned parties to save the population.
The recurrence of these crises while we are still at the beginning of the winter season is a harbinger of danger and pessimism, which calls for the development of comprehensive national strategies in this regard, and benefit from the geologists who are knowledgeable of the valleys, the movement of water collection to form the floods and the mechanism of benefiting from them rather than posing a threat to citizens.
The majority of dams have a very high proportion of silt, which is an obstacle to water storage and reduction. There are no barriers to prevent stones and trees from drifting towards dams.
They are not detected on a regular basis to be cleaned periodically to absorb the amount of water flowing into it, and many observations that require the formation of disaster management in each governorate linked to the Central Crisis Management and with the Supreme Defense Council for crises and disasters, to turn debates, lectures and eyewitnesses into action and readiness to confront such crises. So we do not blame our luck for what happens to us from slaps after slaps.
