أرسل لسيادتكم أرق عبارات الود والإحترام والتقدير من فخامة الرئيس الصينى الرفيق "شى جين بينغ"، وأخص اليوم بالذكر أبنائنا وأخواتنا المصريين فى الخارج، والوزيرة المسئولة عنهم "نبيلة مكرم عبيد"، كرمز نسائى محترم فى الوطن.

فقد عايشت الفترة الماضية، وتابعت عدد من الآراء، خاصةً من أبناء مصر المغتربين فى الخارج، بالإعلان عن رغبتهم فى التحول لنموذج ديمقراطى أمريكى، ونمط للحريات على غرار التجربة الأمريكية. وربما بسبب فكرى المختلف تماماً عن الفكر الديمقراطى الأمريكى ونمطه الليبرالى للحريات... حدث تصادم غير مقصود بين الجميع، لدفاعى منذ نعومة أظفارى عن النموذج التنموى الصينى، وعدم إقتناعى التام بالنموذج الأمريكى للحريات، لعدم عدالته. وهذا ما قد لمسته بنفسى، كأحد شباب الأكاديميين الدوليين والمنظرين لشكل النظام العالمى الجديد، كما هو معروف عنى حول العالم.

لذا، قدمت نظريتى الجديدة المقترحة - والأولى من نوعها عالمياً - للرئيس الصينى الرفيق "شى جين بينغ" وللمعنيين بالأمر فى الصين رسمياً، لعمل تجربة دولية فريدة من نوعها وجديدة عالمياً للتعايش بين الشيوعية الصينية التنموية والديمقراطية الليبرالية الأمريكية... وجعل وطننا الحبيب "مصر" نموذج حقيقى للتطبيق لتلك الفكرة الجديدة عالمياً.

وتكمن فكرتى، والتى أرسلتها بالفعل للرئيس الصينى الرفيق "شى جين بينغ" وللسلطات الصينية وللمعنيين بالأمر، مع الترحيب الصينى الكامل بها، بالعمل مع الجانب الأمريكى فى مصر تنموياً من أجل "بناء الطفل وبناء الإنسان وبناء الجمهورية الجديدة على أرض مصر".... وتكمن نقطتى الأساسية، بأن ينحى الجانبين الأمريكى والصينى الصراع تماماً، ليتمكنا من العمل سوياً بإفتتاح مدارس صينية أمريكية، وجامعات صينية أمريكية، وأنشطة ومؤسسات مشتركة صينية أمريكية.... للوصول لنموذج تنموى ديمقراطى حقيقى صينى أمريكى للتعايش السلمى التام على أرض مصر، بديلاً عن فكرة الصراع والتنافس القائم عالمياً بين واشنطن وبكين، والذى تدفع ثمنه غالباً تلك الشعوب النامية.

وهنا سأتوجه بكلمة خاصة لأبنائنا وأخواتنا فى الخارج، مع إبداء كامل تفهمى لرغبتهم فى إحداث نوع ما من التغيير فى المجتمع... إلا أننى أختلف معهم فقط حول (طريقة التنفيذ)، فالديمقراطية مسئولية، والحرية تلزمها عدالة حقيقية من أجل الحفاظ عليها، وهذا ما لا يتوافر بشكل تام، لذا فعند إقرار سقف عالى ومرتفع للحريات على النمط الأمريكى وإسقاطه مرة واحدة على مصر، سيؤدى حتماً لإنهياره. فضلاً عن إحداثه فجوة مجتمعية رهيبة، وصراع وإستقطاب إجتماعى حاد. خاصةً وأن الإنسان المصرى أولويته الأولى هى التنمية والبناء ولقمة العيش بكرامة. كما أنه من المؤسف حرمان قطاع عريض من أطفالنا وشبابنا من تعليم دولى جيد لعدم توافر الإمكانيات لصالح فئة محدودة من أبناء الوطن فى الداخل والخارج.

لذا، فنظريتى الجديدة المقدمة بالأساس للجانبين الأمريكى والصينى هى العمل المشترك سوياً فى مصر من أجل (بناء الوطن وبناء الإنسان المصرى فى الجمهورية الجديدة بقيادة فخامة الرئيس "عبد الفتاح السيسى").

وهنا، حصلت على موافقة الجانب الصينى وتفتحه الكامل للتعامل بشكل كامل مع الجانب الأمريكى، لإنشاء مدارس جديدة فى كل مكان على أرض الوطن، وتشكيل لجنة خبراء صينية أمريكية لإعداد مناهج تعليمية صينية أمريكية مشتركة جديدة، وعمل مشروعات مشتركة بخبرة صينية أمريكية لتعليم وإعداد وإصقال الشباب المصرى وإعداده بجدارة نحو المستقبل.

وهنا، وأنا أخاطب كل إبن وإبنة لنا فى الخارج... أقول لهم أولادنا الأعزاء: هدفنا الأساسى هو السلام، والتعايش، والحوار والحرية... وأنتم أقرب منى للأمريكان، وأنا أقرب منكم للصينيين. لذا، دعونا ندمج علاقاتنا سوياً من أجل خدمة مصر... هذا الوطن الذى يجب أن نلتف حوله ونؤديه حقه ونحبه ونبنيه فى أفضل شكل وحال.

وربما أشكر تلك الظروف التى وضعتنى بغير قصد، لوضعى كضحية بينكم، للتخلص من شيوعيتى الصينية وإستبداديتى الروسية وتلك الأشياء التى تنم عن فكر محدود، وضيق أفق بيننا. فربما ما حدث مؤشر حقيقى لثورة من أجل التغيير، وللتشارك فى البناء المشترك من أجل حلم أكبر ومستقبل أفضل لهذا الوطن، وربما كانت فكرتى المقترحة مقدمة للهدوء التام والكامل فى العالم، ونمط جديد من التعايش السلمى بين الصين والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، للتشارك سوياً فى بناء أوطاننا، وإعداد أبنائنا

صدقونى يا أبناء... بعد ٢٠ سنة من بدء التشارك الأمريكى الصينى للبناء والمعرفة على أرض مصر كنموذج للتعايش السلمى بين واشنطن وبكين من أجل بناء أبناء الشعوب النامية كمصر... سنحول وطننا جميعاً لنموذج أقوى وأعمق من فكرة الديمقراطية الأمريكية نفسها. لأننا هنا سنقدم نموذج تنموى ديمقراطى جديد عالمياً، سيتم تداوله حول العالم بإنبهار شديد وبدموع من السعادة والفرح والسرور من كل إبن وإبنة لنا حول العالم بجميع ثقافاته وجنسياته لإحداث نوع فريد عالمياً من البناء بأيادى وسواعد أمريكية صينية مشتركة.

فلو وافق الأمريكان على إقتراحى المقدم لهم، والذى سيتوقف عليه نجاح تجربتى ونظريتى الجديدة... سيبدأ الصينيون العمل فوراً جنباً إلى جنب مع نظرائهم الأمريكان، ليس من أجل التنافس والصراع، ولكن هذه المرة من أجل البناء ومن أجل الوطن، ومن أجل تغيير عالمى شامل نحو فكرة السلام والتعايش والحوار والبناء والمصير المشترك للبشرية، وفقاً لفكر الرفيق الصينى "شى جين بينغ"... وبذلك سنكون قد قدمنا نموذج عالمى جديد من قلب مصر نفسها كمنارة وشعاع ملهم يشع بطاقة نور وأمل حول العالم كله.... للعمل الأمريكى الصينى المشترك من أجل بناء الإنسان المصرى وبناء الجمهورية الجديدة على أرض مصر. وهذا النموذج سيكون هو الأقوى عالمياً - فى حال تطبيقه - بين أقوى أى ديمقراطية فى العالم، لأنه سيجعل من دولتى الصين والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية كقوى عظمى، سيجعلهما تتنافسان من أجل حبنا وبنائنا، وليس من أجل إستقطابنا من أجل قضاياهما وتنافسهما وخلافه.

وأرجو من الجميع الآن الصمت التام والتفكير، وحث واشنطن على الموافقة الفورية، بعد أن نلت موافقة الصين على التشارك من أجل البناء وبناء وطننا الحبيب وجمهوريتنا المصرية الجديدة... للعمل الأمريكى الصينى المشترك لإحداث تنمية حقيقية فى المجتمع، ثم تعميم تجربتنا عالمياً وإقليمياً بعد ذلك... وهذا هو ما يجب أن يكون حلمنا الأكبر والأقوى والأعمق والأرسخ لتجنيب أجيال المستقبل أى ملمح من ملامح صراع أو تنافس قد عشناها أو عانينا منها

وكلى ثقة هذه المرة فى ذكاء الأمريكان، لتبنى الفكرة وبدء العمل جنباً إلى جنب مع شركائهم ونظرائهم الصينيين فى الإنسانية، ولبدء نموذج فريد وإستثنائى وتجربة لن تتكرر كثيراً فى التاريخ الإنسانى كله، بوضع الأمريكان يدهم فى يد أصدقائهم الصينيين لجعل مصر نموذج حقيقى للبناء وللتنمية الديمقراطية وفق أسس أمريكية وصينية فريدة وجديدة وغير مسبوقة بالمرة عالمياً.

وكلى ثقة فى المستقبل وبناءه سوياً أمريكياً وصينياً، من أجل دعم أبناء مصر وجمهوريتنا الجديدة فى عهد الرئيس "عبد الفتاح السيسى". والله الموفق

I lived through the last period, and followed up on a number of opinions, especially from the Egyptians abroad, by declaring their desire to transform into an American democratic model, and a pattern of freedoms similar to the American experience. Perhaps because of my thought, which is completely different from the American democratic thought and its liberal style of liberties... An unintended collision occurred between everyone, because of my defense since my childhood of the Chinese development model, and my complete lack of conviction in the American model of liberties, because of its unfairness. This is what I experienced myself, as one of the young international academics and theorists of the shape of the New World Order, as it is known about me around the world.

Therefore, I presented my proposed new theory - the first of its kind in the world - to the Chinese President, Comrade "Xi Jinping", and to those concerned in China officially, to create a unique and new international experience globally for coexistence between developmental Chinese communism and American liberal democracy... and to make our beloved homeland "Egypt" as a real model for the application of this new idea globally.

And my idea, which I have already sent to the Chinese President, Comrade "Xi Jinping", and to the Chinese authorities and those concerned, with full Chinese welcome, is to work with the American side in Egypt in development to "build the child, build the human being, and build the new republic on the land of Egypt”... My main point is for the American and Chinese sides to completely put aside the conflict, so that they can work together by opening Chinese-American schools, Chinese-American universities, and Sino-American joint activities and institutions.... To reach out a true Chinese-American democratic development model for complete peaceful coexistence on the land of Egypt, as an alternative to the idea of ​​conflict and competition that exists globally between Washington and Beijing, which is often paid by those developing peoples

Here, I will address a special word to our sons and sisters abroad, expressing my full understanding of their desire to bring about some kind of change in society... However, I differ with them only about (the method of implementation), as democracy is a responsibility, and freedom requires real justice in order to preserve it, and this is what It is not fully available, so when a high and high ceiling of liberties is approved on the American style and dropped once on Egypt, it will inevitably lead to its collapse. As well as, creating a terrible societal gap, and severe social conflict and polarization. Especially since the Egyptian person's first priority is development, construction and a living with dignity. It is also unfortunate that a large segment of our children and youth are deprived of a good international education due to the lack of capabilities for the benefit of a limited group of the country's sons at home and abroad.

Therefore, my new theory, presented mainly to the American and Chinese sides, is to work together in Egypt for (building the homeland and building the Egyptian person in the new republic led by His Excellency President (Abdel Fattah El-Sisi)

Here, I obtained the approval of the Chinese side and its full openness to deal fully with the American side, to establish new schools everywhere in the country, and to form a Chinese-American expert committee to prepare new Sino-American joint educational curricula, and to work on joint projects with Chinese-American experience to educate, prepare and refine Egyptian youth And prepare it aptly towards the future

And here, as I address every son and daughter of ours abroad... I tell them our dear children and sons, that:

Our main goal is peace, coexistence, dialogue and freedom... You are closer than I am to the Americans, and I am closer than you are to the Chinese. Therefore, let us integrate our relations together in order to serve Egypt...this country around which we must rally around, fulfill its right, love it and build it in the best shape and condition

And perhaps, I fully thank those circumstances which, inadvertently, put me in place as a (victim among you), to get rid of my Chinese Communism and my Russian despotism, and those things that show a limited mind and a narrow-mindedness among us. Perhaps what happened was a real indication of a revolution for change, and to participate in joint construction for a greater dream and a better future for this country and preparing our children

Believe me, sons... After almost 20 years of starting this US-Chinese partnership for building and knowledge on the land of Egypt as a model for peaceful coexistence between Washington and Beijing in order to build the sons of developing peoples like Egypt... We will transform our country into a model stronger and deeper than the idea of ​​American democracy itself. Because here, we will present a new global democratic development model, which will be circulated around the world with great fascination and tears of happiness, joy and pleasure from every son and daughter of ours around the world with all its cultures and nationalities to bring about a unique type of building globally with joint American and Chinese hands and arms

If the Americans agree to my proposal, on which the success of my experiment and new theory will depend... The Chinese will immediately start working alongside their American counterparts, not for the sake of competition and conflict, but this time for the sake of building, for the sake of the homeland, and for a comprehensive global change... Towards the idea of ​​peace, coexistence, dialogue, construction and a common destiny for humanity, according to the thought of the Chinese comrade "Xi Jinping”... Thus, we will have presented a new global model from the heart of Egypt itself as a beacon and an inspiring beam that radiates an energy of light and hope around the whole world... for the American-Chinese action. The common cause of building the Egyptian human being and building the new republic on the land of Egypt.
