They can check-in to their upcoming reservation up to 2 days prior to arrival, select an estimated arrival time, and receive a room-ready alert notification from the hotel, and check - out on their mobile device.
This feature not only enhances the arrival and departure experience, but also enables Marriott Bonvoymembersto remain proactive with all their requests through the chat service;theycan interact directly with the hotel’s associates through the app atany given time. The Mobile chat, that is live in more than 6.500 Marriott hotels across the world, allows guests to request additional room amenities like towels and toiletries, or get information about shuttle service hours, fitness center amenities, housekeeping and luggage assistance.
