Fatah leader Mohammed Dahlan did not leave this opportunity to present his program and himself at the same time as he initiated the initiative to form a "national rescue leadership" and not a government, which means the overthrow of President Abbas, his arch-rival, stressing that the current tragic reality of the Palestinian people, especially the reality of the people of Jerusalem and Gaza can not  individual Or even one organization to save what can be saved, the crisis has deepened as he put it and there is no way to defeat starvation and surrender only through a national rescue program and leadership in which everyone participates without exclusion. 

Dahlan's statements were taken up by his allies' media outlets, hostile and neutral in order to be presented as a national program of action to break the crisis plaguing the Palestinian cause.

The Palestinian political analyst Talal Awakal said that he expects a broad response from the Palestinian factions to Dahlan, who has recoordinated with Hamas, whose entire its political bureau in Cairo, where Dahlan and his influence were there .
