Saudi Crown Prince Discusses Regional Escalation with Russia, India, and Switzerland

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has engaged in a series of phone calls with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Swiss President Guy Parmelin to address the escalating military tensions in the region and their potential impact on international security.

During the call with Putin, both leaders expressed serious concerns about the real danger of the conflict expanding, which has already affected several Arab nations, potentially leading to severe consequences. The Kremlin stated that Putin emphasized the urgent need to resolve the situation through political and diplomatic means.

Separately, in his discussion with Modi, the Saudi Crown Prince addressed the dangerous military escalation and its threat to regional and global stability. Modi conveyed India's condemnation of the Iranian attacks on Saudi Arabia, expressing solidarity with the Kingdom and denouncing any threats to its sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the safety of its citizens.

In another call, Swiss President Guy Parmelin spoke with Prince Mohammed bin Salman, expressing Switzerland's solidarity with Saudi Arabia and its support for all measures taken by the Kingdom to defend its sovereignty and maintain its security.
