As a result, Zain obtained the ISO/IEC 27701 certification for its Privacy Information Management System (PIMS), becoming the first telecommunications company in Jordan to achieve this certification. In addition, the company successfully renewed its ISO/IEC 27001 certification for its Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ISO 22301 certification for its Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).
