As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting the healthcare sector and its active role in advancing healthcare services in Jordan, Zain Jordan honored outstanding physicians and administrative staff at Princess Basma Comprehensive Health Center during the first edition of the Zain Jordan Ideal Employee Award 2026, organized by Himmetna Health Association.
The awards were presented by Zain Jordan CEO Fahad Al Jasem, in the presence of the Director of the Amman Governorate Health Directorate, Dr. Taha Al Tamimi, and the Founder and President of Himmetna Health Association, Dr. Fadia Samara. A total of 18 medical and administrative staff members were recognized in appreciation of their professional excellence, dedication to delivering high-quality healthcare services, and their outstanding contributions to serving patients and the community, reflecting the values of excellence, commitment, and service.
Zain Jordan affirmed that its sponsorship of the award stems from its strategic partnership with Himmetna Health Association and its firm belief in the importance of investing in people as the cornerstone of developing the healthcare sector. The company also emphasized its commitment to supporting initiatives that motivate exceptional talent and recognize outstanding achievements, contributing to the continuous improvement of healthcare services provided to citizens.
Zain further explained that its support for the event comes as part of its ongoing efforts to ensure the sustainability of the Princess Basma Comprehensive Health Center, which the company helped renovate and equip through its partnership with Himmetna Health Association. This initiative reflects Zain's commitment to advancing Jordan's healthcare sector and enhancing the quality of its services, while also serving as a successful model of collaboration between the private sector and civil society organizations in supporting initiatives that contribute to improving healthcare services.

It is worth noting that Zain Jordan has been one of the leading supporters of Himmetna Health Association's projects since its establishment in 2019. The company has contributed to several impactful healthcare initiatives, including supporting the establishment of the Samih Darwazeh Oncology Center at Al Bashir Hospital, establishing the therapeutic isolation unit at the King Hussein Medical Center, funding the renovation and development of the Princess Basma Comprehensive Health Center, which officially opened in 2023, and contributing to the reconstruction and development of the Ghor Al Mazra'a Comprehensive Health Center.
