The Islamic Bank of Jordan won the Best Retail Services Bank in Jordan Award in 2022 from the Middle East and North Africa Banking Excellence Awards 2022 (MENA Banking Excellence Awards 2022) This took place at the special ceremony to announce the winning institutions during the month of June 2022, organized by the magazine (Middle East Business Intelligence) It specializes in following up and analyzing the markets of the Middle East based in Dubai, in partnership with the International Network of E-Retail Bankers and the International Network of Private Sector Bankers, which includes specialists and researchers in analyzing data and business in the banking market, based on in-depth studies of the Islamic Bank of Jordan and its contribution to the provision of retail services.
On this occasion, Dr. Hussein Saeed, Chief Executive Officer/Director General of the Islamic Bank of Jordan, said that awarding this prize to our bank for the first time as part of the Bank's Excellence Awards is a confirmation of the high status our bank has reached in serving individuals within the retail sector, and for the experience of our bank in this field to be an example to follow. He praised the efforts to achieve the bank's strategy of excellence and innovation in services and products compatible with the provisions and principles of the Islamic Shariah, which serve various sectors and achieve financial inclusion. He stressed the importance of continuous striving to achieve more successes and excellence, so that the Islamic Bank of Jordan remains at the forefront in excellence at various levels and in a way that serves the progress and development of the Islamic banking sector.
