Is the dam drought going unpunished? 

do dams drought crisis pass without punishment ?

For years, Jordan has been ranked second among the poorest countries with water, as a result, Jordanians still under the weight of waiting for the queue to get few water for their week of washing, showering, and drinking, many of them are poor and rich people who have also been buying water from the private sector which constituted a financial burden for a large group of society. 

However, the citizens were living with this situation on the basis of their awareness of the difficult and at the same time scarce water situation, which they felt was beyond the will of the State and was the result of geographical, political reasons. 

It would never be possible for the Kingdom's dams to dry all of it because a minister belief all the water of the dams is going spent on the farms thinking  that the clouds going to carry rivers that would fill the dams. 

In a number of years, our institutions have been an administrative failure as a result of the reluctance and unilateralism of decision-making and the exclusion of experts and those competent to participate in the decision-making process.

They're not being taken benefit of , like The official with the upper hand in everything could ensure that his decisions were immutable. 

Today Jordanians pay a tax like this for officials in various sectors who see themselves in positions that make them unable to listen to suggestions, opinion and advice. 

We continue to pay for this in our economic, tourism and investment situation, which is still static without determination to move it one step further, for unknown reasons. 

The Government must act immediately in the face of the expected and anticipated drought and must effectively start taking action to ensure that the lowest possible losses are achieved. This is its responsibility and it must bear the cost of failing to do so.
