Job Description
Develop learning Strategy aligned with company and grants objectives,Hire inhouse trainers to guarantee quality of the programs,Implement the validated training processes to guarantee that the concern parties have their appropriate training requirements.,Manage full cycle of Recruitment of Training partners to ensure programs delivery,Develop Orange projects Curriculum to cover all needed courses and skills of programs,Ensure Depolyment of training and learning plans including online in order to fullfill target KPIs .,Develop Online learning platforms to serve bigger base of beneficieris and more courses,Manage Orange projects learning and training reporting and monitring against set quantitative and qualitative indicators to control quality and impact,Deliver some needed courses in person in case of a need of the need for some advanced skills .,Coordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.,Responsible for managing, leading and supervising subordinates in daily and functional issues to ensure full delivery of department objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
