AMMAN - Jordan's Pro League is witnessing a season of high-octane football, with a total of 206 goals scored in the first 16 rounds, averaging 2.64 goals per match, according to league statistics.

The competition remains fierce at the top of the table, as teams battle for the championship title.

Al-Hussein Irbid currently leads the league with 34 points from 15 games. The team boasts the strongest attack, having scored 36 goals while conceding only 9, averaging 2.4 goals per match.

Close behind is Al-Ramtha, also with 34 points from 16 matches, remaining undefeated. Al-Ramtha also possesses a formidable defense, having allowed only 10 goals.

Al-Faisaly trails in third place with 33 points, having scored 33 goals.
