Engineers allocates 100,000 dinars to 'Fazaa Ahl' campaign

The President of the Association 'Fazaa Ahl', Eng. Moataz Al-Shawareb, said that despite the difficult conditions of the people, the Syndicate was able to raise an amount of 100 thousand dinars for the campaign 'Fazaa Ahl' in its sixth edition for this year, allocated by the Engineers Syndicate, indicating that the donations from engineers and citizens are directed to help homeowners from chaste families in the restoration of their homes to be livable, especially in the difficult winter conditions.

Al-Shawareb told" Al-Anbat" that the campaign is launched through a Jordanian radio station for a full day in which he collects material and in-kind donations, stressing that engineers have recently started work on maintenance and restoration campaigns for homes and have completed the restoration of 3 houses in Ajloun Governorate ready for delivery to their owners, announcing a house in the municipality of Naour in which work is underway, and a house in Al-Karak Governorate, two houses in the Jordan Valley, and a house in Al-Baqa'a camp, whose restoration will be initiated by volunteer engineers who supervise the condition of the construction, its cost and the maintenance process.

He said that the Association involves the Ministry of Social Development and the Jordanian Hashemite Fund to evaluate and study social cases, conducting a social research study and indicate the entitlement of families based on their social status, and from a technical engineering point of view, the restoration of the house is studied and the costs necessary for the restoration process are studied by a specialized technical committee in the Association.

He also noted that the syndicate seeks to include all governorates of the Kingdom from north to south, including camps, with the 'Fazaa Ahl' campaign under the slogan "We are all people."
