One dead, 3 injured in Aqaba road accident

Alanbatnews - One person died and three others sustained various injuries late Saturday in a two-vehicle collision in Aqaba governorate, 330km south of Amman, according to the Civil Defense Department (CDD).

CDD media office said in a statement on Sunday that Aqaba's rescue teams rushed to the scene, administered first aid to the injured, evacuated the body and transferred the injured to the Prince Hashem Military Hospital.

The injured were reported to be in moderate condition, the statement added.
