AMMAN - Jordan's U-20 women's national football team has departed for Turkey to compete in an international friendly tournament as part of their preparations for the upcoming Asian Cup.
The tournament in Antalya, Turkey, which began recently, will run until March 5, providing crucial match experience for the Jordanian squad.
The U-20 team's participation in the Turkish tournament is a key component of their training regime ahead of the Asian Cup finals in Thailand.
Jordan's first match in the tournament will be against Thailand, followed by a match against Russia.
The squad includes 26 players.
The Jordan Football Association aims to provide the U-20 women's national team with the highest levels of preparation and support through training camps and friendly matches, all in anticipation of the Asian Cup finals.
