Jordan's King Abdullah II believes in the importance of the media and its role in conveying the image of Jordan both domestically and internationally, according to the head of the Jordan Press Association.

Tariq al-Momani highlighted the King's regular meetings with journalists and media figures to update them on Jordan's position and regional developments, with the Palestinian issue consistently taking center stage in these discussions.

Al-Momani emphasized Jordan's firm stance that dialogue is the only viable path to resolving crises, cautioning that violence only breeds further violence and that escalating aggression will exacerbate suffering and difficulties.

Al-Momani conveyed that Jordan has communicated to all parties its commitment to not becoming a battleground and its refusal to allow its airspace to be used for attacks against any party.

The King aims to reassure Jordanians of the nation's strength, bolstered by its institutions, army, and the unwavering support of its people.

King Abdullah II met with members of the Jordan Press Association, engaging in discussions on various local and regional issues.
