Jordan and U.S. Deepen Youth Partnership

Jordan and the United States are reinforcing their strategic partnership with a focus on youth development, officials said.

During a meeting at the Ministry of Youth, Jordanian Minister of Youth Raed Sami Al-Adwan and U.S. Ambassador to Jordan Jim Holtsnider explored avenues to strengthen joint youth cooperation between the two countries.

Al-Adwan emphasized the deep-rooted bilateral relations between Jordan and the United States, built on a foundation of mutual cooperation and coordination. He expressed gratitude for U.S. support in the youth sector and other areas.

He noted that the ongoing partnership with the U.S. has contributed to the implementation of various training programs launched by the ministry in English, as well as arts, music, sports, and tourism programs. He also highlighted the "Partnership for Youth" project, aimed at empowering young people and enhancing their active participation in all aspects of life.

Holtsnider affirmed the strong relationship between the two nations, recognizing Jordanian youth as a distinguished example of ambition, creativity, and the ability to achieve.
