Jerusalem experienced explosions and air raid sirens on Monday, triggered by the Israeli military's announcement of Iranian missile launches toward Israel.
The blasts occurred at approximately 5:00 AM GMT, according to reports.
Explosions were also reported in the Tel Aviv area in central Israel, heightening concerns across the region.
The Israeli military stated that its forces detected missiles launched from Iran toward Israeli territory. Air defenses were activated to intercept the incoming projectiles.
