Saudi Arabia intercepted missiles targeting Prince Sultan Air Base, which houses U.S. military personnel, near Riyadh on Monday, according to a source familiar with the matter.
This marks the third consecutive day that missiles have targeted the air base.
"Iranian missiles targeting Prince Sultan Air Base were intercepted again Monday morning for the third day in a row," the source, who requested anonymity due to the sensitivity of the issue, stated.
Residents in Al-Kharj, southeast of Riyadh where the air base is located, reported hearing explosions on Monday morning.
