According to a statement released by Amiantit on the Saudi stock exchange, the memorandum establishes a framework for designing, constructing, and rehabilitating water treatment plants.

The collaboration also encompasses integrated network projects and the supply and installation of advanced pipe systems.

The scope extends to conducting technical and economic studies, providing innovative solutions for remote areas, transferring technical knowledge, enhancing the efficiency of local personnel, and localizing pipe manufacturing within Syria.

Amiantit, specializing in pipe manufacturing and water project management, stated that the memorandum is effective for one year from the date of signing.

The company noted that the agreement has no immediate financial impact but will disclose any material financial consequences resulting from future agreements or contracts.
