Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) recovered from a disastrous start to defeat Monaco 3-2 in a Champions League match on Tuesday.

PSG found themselves down 2-0 early in the game, but managed to turn the tide in their favor. Folarin Balogun scored twice for the home side, putting PSG in a difficult position early on.

Substitute Desire Doue proved instrumental in PSG's comeback, scoring two goals and providing an assist for Achraf Hakimi. Doue, 20, replaced Ousmane Dembele, who was injured in the 27th minute.

The match saw Monaco reduced to ten players, further tilting the balance in PSG's favor as the game progressed.

With this victory, Paris Saint-Germain holds an advantage heading into the return leg in Paris. The team is aiming to secure a spot in the round of 16, scheduled for March.
