Jordan to Host International Friendly Tournament Featuring Iran, Nigeria, and Costa Rica

Jordan's football association will host a four-nation international friendly tournament in Amman, featuring the Jordanian national team, Iran, Nigeria, and Costa Rica.

The tournament serves as part of the participating teams' preparations for the upcoming World Cup.

Jordan will face Costa Rica on Friday, March 27, at King Abdullah II Stadium. On the same day, Iran will play Nigeria at Amman International Stadium.

The Jordanian team will then play Nigeria on Tuesday, March 31, at Amman International Stadium, while Iran will face Costa Rica at King Abdullah II Stadium.

Before the World Cup, Jordan will hold its final camp in May and June, facing Switzerland on Sunday, May 31, in St. Gallen, and Colombia on Sunday, June 7, in San Diego, USA. The team will then be based in Portland, USA, during the World Cup.

Jordan is preparing for its first-ever World Cup appearance, drawn into Group H alongside Argentina, Algeria, and Austria.
