Saudi Arabia has conveyed its deepest condolences to Kuwait following the deaths of two members of the Kuwaiti Navy. The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs released a statement expressing solidarity with Kuwait and offering support in any measures taken by the country.
The statement, released Tuesday, expressed the Kingdom's sympathy to the government and people of Kuwait. Saudi Arabia affirmed its readiness to assist Kuwait with all available resources.
The General Staff of the Kuwaiti Army had earlier announced the deaths of Sergeant Abdul Aziz Nasser and Sergeant Walid Suleiman, both members of the naval force. They died while performing their duties as part of the national tasks assigned to the armed forces.
