The Israeli military stated early Tuesday that it targeted and destroyed what it described as an Iranian media and propaganda center.
According to a statement released by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), the strikes were conducted with precise intelligence guidance, targeting facilities associated with the Iranian regime. The IDF reported that air force aircraft launched numerous munitions, resulting in the destruction of the Iranian media and propaganda hub.
The IDF's statement further alleged that the center's activities were directly orchestrated by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). The statement also asserted that the Iranian media and propaganda center incited violence against Israel, advocated for the use of nuclear weapons, suppressed the Iranian population, and disseminated disinformation.
The Israeli military indicated it would continue to target Iranian infrastructure throughout the Tehran area.
