Alanbat - Rana Amara
On Monday, the
Canadian Taekwondo team started a training camp in Amman, in preparation for
the upcoming official competitions.
The training camp
includes friendly meetings and joint training with the national team, which is
also preparing to participate in the upcoming official tournaments.
The Canadian national
team's training camp comes in preparation for participating in the Paris Prize
competitions, which will start early next month, a tournament in which the
national team will participate.
The Canadian team is
conducting joint training with the national team, in the Jabal Amman Center
Hall.
The media spokesman
for the Taekwondo Federation, Faisal Al-Abdallat, confirmed to the Jordan News
Agency (Petra) that the Canadian team camp is considered the second in Amman,
as it had previously set up a training camp in Jordan, during which it included
joint training with our team.
He added that the
international teams' desire to conduct joint training with our team comes in
light of the fragrant reputation of Jordanian Taekwondo in the Arab world, Asia
and the world, which reflects the progress and development of the game and its keenness
to achieve achievements in all participations.
