The director of Ajloun and Dibbin reserves, Engineer Bashir Al-Ayasra, said that the natural reserves have turned into centers of economic and social development through the opportunities they secure and attract for many projects.

Al-Ayasrah added, in an interview with the Jordan News Agency (Petra), On Friday, that Ajloun and Dibbin reservations are one of the leading reserves in the fields of tourism work through multiple tourism projects that attract visitors from Jordan and the region in general, which contributed to supporting efforts to protect the development of society and environmental systems that are considered among the systems unique at the national and regional level.

He pointed to the importance of the efforts being made for environmental development and awareness, and the initiatives implemented through national and local institutions, and the intensification of the role of the media to highlight national efforts in this field, pointing to the importance of awareness and intensification of monitoring, in joint efforts with the Ministry of Agriculture, environmental police, environment offices, and administrative rulers to protect reserves from fires.

He stressed that the presence of more than one tourist activity in the reserves made it an integrated tourist region, which constitutes a real opportunity for investment and attracting large numbers of tourists and visitors coming to the reserves, indicating that the Ajloun Reserve is witnessing 100% occupancy, especially at the end of the week, due to the services it provides.
