The Central Bank of Jordan Introducing the fifth of ten dinars for circulation

The Central Bank of Jordan announced the start of offering the ten dinar note / fifth issue in circulation, the face of which adorns the image of His Majesty King Talal bin Abdullah, from Wednesday, along with the ten dinar note / fourth edition.​

The Central Bank added, in a statement issued on Wednesday, that the offering of the fifth issue for circulation came based on the Jordanian Banknotes Issuance No. (55) for the year 2022, published in the Official Gazette on October 2, 2022 about it later.

The Central Bank stressed that the ten dinars denomination / fourth issue will remain in circulation along with the ten dinars denomination / fifth issue.

The Central Bank confirmed in the statement that the ten dinars denomination will include the latest security signs used in the world of the money cash industry, in addition to improving the quality of banknotes available for circulation, and their durability for a longer period.
