Deadline Looms For Aspiring MENA & Turkish Filmmakers To Enter TOD Summer Short Film Festival
Doha, Qatar – July 6, 2023:Aspiring filmmakers from across the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey have just 10 days left to submit entries for the landmark TOD Summer Short Film Festival Competition.
The TOD Summer Short Film Festival by TOD, the region’s leading sports and entertainment streaming platform, is designed to celebrate upcoming filmmaking talent. Winning short films from regional movie makers and students affiliated to filmmaking universities and institutes will be streamed on TODduring the two-month festival which begins next month giving themprominent exposure on the platform and via a dedicated marketing campaign.

Filmmakers aged 18 and above are eligible to submit their short films, between 5 to 40 minutes long, in Arabic, English, or Turkish in MPEG, MOV, or WMV formats.The overall concept, plot execution, tone and topic, originality and structure, shooting and production values, editing quality, cultural significance, and adherence to copyright rules will all be taken into consideration when evaluating entries.
