Aqaba Chamber of Commerce: Half a million dollars as a donation campaign for the Syrian people

The largest popular campaign to support the victims of earthquakes in sisterly Syria was launched from the city of Aqaba, organized and supervised by the Aqaba Chamber of Commerce and in coordination with the Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization, where the Aqaba Chamber of Commerce was able, over several days, to collect more than half a million dollars as urgent relief materials for the brothers in Syria  It included foodstuffs, clothes, blankets, medicines, mattresses, shoes, mineral water, household appliances and electricals estimated at 150 tons.

 The head of the Aqaba Chamber of Commerce, Nael Al-Kabariti, said that this campaign launched by the Aqaba Chamber of Commerce to support the brothers in Syria came in response to the royal directives to stand with the brothers in Syria.  

Syria and their support with all their lives, in terms of in-kind and relief materials, after the catastrophe of the devastating earthquake that affected people and the stone, noting the great response from the people of Aqaba and the commercial and service sectors in the city, which was reflected in the preparation of 6 trucks loaded with everything necessary for the family and its livelihood.  

It is expected that the Aqaba Chamber of Commerce donation campaign will arrive in Aleppo on Monday, where the entire shipment will be delivered, in coordination with the Hashemite Charity Organization, to the Chamber of Commerce  Aleppo to be distributed there, pointing out that a team from the Aqaba Chamber of Commerce, headed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chamber, will supervise the delivery and distribution process for those affected by the devastating earthquake disaster. 

 Departure, in addition to the efforts and cooperation of the people of Aqaba and its commercial sectors in making the campaign a success.

  It is worth noting that the Aqaba Chamber of Commerce launched a popular and official campaign over the past week to collect in-kind, material and relief donations to the brotherly Syrian people after the disaster of the earthquake. 

 The community bears the donations they made themselves, confirming that the Jordanian people always stand by their Arab brothers, supporting and supportive in all situations.
