Kingdom’s Entrepreneurship System... Promising Potentials and Opportunities Emanating from "Biban23"

The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha'at) has issued a report entitled "Biban23: Fostering Tangible Opportunities", which highlights the status of entrepreneurship in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to a future outlook on the sector in the coming years, coinciding with the announcement of the organization of the "Biban Forum 23" in Riyadh, from the 9th to the 13th of March.
The report presented the promising opportunities that contribute to the growth and prosperity of the small and medium enterprises sector and the promotion of innovation to develop the science and technology fields and relevant products, in addition to raising the capabilities of innovative and talented entrepreneurs.
The report showed a set of factors that made the Kingdom one of the most attractive environments in the world, including the Kingdom's Vision 2030, based on building a diversified economic structure in which entrepreneurship and emerging companies play a key role in developing the local economy.
Concerning the promising opportunities in "Biban Forum 23", the report indicated that the forum opens opportunities for small and medium enterprises in the Kingdom for the supportive enablers it will provide that contribute to the sustainability and growth of entrepreneurial projects, as the forum will have more than 20,000 training opportunities and more than 300 workshops, in addition to more than 700 local and international entrepreneurs sharing their emerging projects with 105,000 visitors under one roof, evidence of the Kingdom's success in the field of entrepreneurship, and the progress it has reaped in various fields.
The report draws attention to a set of activities and events included in "Biban Forum 23", such as training programs that meet the needs of small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurs, counselling sessions provided by specialized consultants with scientific competence and commercial experience, in addition to hosting the Entrepreneurship World Cup which offers hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs the opportunity to present ideas, communicate and interact with investors, in the first of its kind event globally to support emerging projects, and as an extension of previous editions in which more than 400,000 participants representing more than 200 countries participated.
