The Arab Parliament condoles with the Palestinians on the martyrdom of the captive Abu Hamid

The Arab Parliament expressed its sincere condolences and sympathy to Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian people, and the family of prisoner Nasser Abu Hamid, who was martyred in the occupation prisons.

In a statement on Tuesday, Parliament called on the international community to pressure the occupying power to immediately release the body of the martyr so that his family could bury him.

The Arab Parliament renewed its call to international and human rights institutions to intervene quickly in order to release sick prisoners, the elderly, female prisoners, and children in occupation prisons.

He affirmed the continuation of his efforts to defend the issues and rights of Palestinian prisoners, work to internationalize their cause, fully support the just struggle of the Palestinian people, and strengthen their steadfastness to restore their land and their legitimate rights to establish an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.
