Water:Control of attacks supplying brick factories and filling tanks in the Al Mazar al Shamali / Irbid

‏Staff of the Ministry of Water and Irrigation / Directorate of Internal Control of Yarmouk Water Company was proceed and coordinates with  Security Coordinator at the Ministry

 a campaign to eliminate attacks on water sources in Irbid, accompanied by

 salaries from the Public Security Directorate, where attacks on main water lines used to fill illegal tanks and brick factories that withdraw hundreds of cubic meters daily in a wrong way were seized and separated.

In detail, depending on the information that provided for The Directorate of Internal Control in the Ministry has coordinated a security campaign in Al Mazar al Shamali / Irbid, which the technical staff of the Ministry and the Yarmouk Water Company, accompanied by the security forces, seized several attacks, represented by withdrawing lines of different diameters to supply brick factories and filling violating tanks, where the lines were disconnected and the seizures related to the incident were prepared.

The Ministry of Water and Irrigation praised the efforts of the Public Security/Police in Irbid, as well as the support of citizens who report such attacks, stressing that the law considers assaulting water sources a crime punishable by imprisonment for long periods and heavy fines.
