Amman Court of First Instance opens commercial disputes branch

Al-Anbat - The Amman Court of First Instance on Monday opened a new wing that will be exclusively dedicated to commercial cases and disputes with a team of competent judges, according to a statement by the Judicial Council.

The move is derived from the recommendations of the Royal Committee for Developing the Judiciary and Enhancing the Rule of Law and aims to foster judicial specialization and ultimately upgrade and speed up litigation procedures
