Israeli warplanes, early Wednesday, fired several missiles at the Syrian town of Tel al-Harra across the border with the Golan Heights, the Syrian state-run news agency (SANA) reported.

"The Syrian air defenses intercepted hostile targets coming from the direction of occupied territories, were several missiles were shot down" SANA added.

"No casualties were reported yet, but the attack resulted in material damages", it added.

Following the attack, Israel conducted an "electronic war" in which Syrian radars were subjected to interference, SANA added.
