The Israeli occupation authorities on Monday closed all crossings on the Gaza Strip’s borders, according to a Palestinian source.
Chairman of the Presidential Committee on Coordination of Goods into Gaza, Raed Fattouh, said that Israeli authorities informed them on the closing of the Karam Abu-Salem, the only commercial crossing connecting the enclave with the outside world, starting today and until further notice.
Other Palestinian sources confirmed that Israeli soldiers returned Palestinian passengers at Beit Hanon crossing, and also imposed a sea blockade preventing Gazan fishermen from entering the sea.
