Al-Anbat - Aqaba - Khaleel Al Frayeh
Aqaba Special Authority has completed through its development arm ADC to implement the development of the second commercial zone in the city center to provide parking for shoppers and visitors of the city, and the number of new positions (390),between the indoor and outdoor parking.
This project is the first phase of the development of the commercial areas in the city, which cost a total cost of three million and 700 thousand dinars. Two additional phases will be implemented after the necessary designs have been prepared. These include the development of the first commercial area (opposite Princess Salma Park) (72 internally and 163 externally), as well as the development of the third commercial zone to provide 363 positions (114 internally and 249 externally).
The projects aim to facilitate shopping, by overcoming the problem of traffic jams, and giving shoppers ample time to purchase their purchases in terms of finding safe and close parking for their cars.
It is noteworthy that the center of the commercial city is overcrowded especially on holidays and weekends, which called for the provision of parking spaces close to the commercial center that will end the overcrowding and revitalize the commercial movement.
