Albanian President Bajram Begaj concluded his visit to Jordan on Tuesday, departing from Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, accompanied by First Lady Armanda Begaj. The visit followed discussions with King Abdullah II focused on strengthening bilateral ties.
King Abdullah II and President Begaj held talks at Al Husseiniya Palace on Sunday, emphasizing avenues to expand cooperation and elevate the friendly relations between Jordan and Albania. The discussions centered on mutual interests and strategic partnerships.
During the talks, which were also attended by Queen Rania Al Abdullah and First Lady Armanda Begaj, King Abdullah affirmed that the visit presented an opportunity to further enhance relations between the two countries. He noted the exchange of visits and coordination during the past year, which resulted in a round of Aqaba meetings in partnership with Albania.
The leaders reaffirmed their commitment to bolstering cooperation across various sectors, aiming for tangible outcomes that benefit both nations.
