Israeli authorities are continuing their search for 11 people still missing following a strike in the city of Beit Shemesh, located in central Israel, police said on Sunday. The incident has already claimed the lives of at least nine individuals.
According to a statement released by the police, rescue teams have evacuated more than 45 injured individuals, who sustained injuries of varying severity. The bodies of nine fatalities have been recovered from the scene. As of now, contact has not been established with 11 individuals who remain unaccounted for, the statement added, emphasizing that search operations are ongoing.
