Jordan's Public Security Directorate (PSD) has set up Ramadan tents at the Mudawara, Umari, and Jaber border crossings to provide Iftar meals for travelers.
Since the first day of Ramadan, the Residency and Borders Department has been distributing light Iftar meals, water, and dates to travelers passing through the three border crossings.
The initiative aims to ease the journey for those observing the Ramadan fast, allowing them to do so comfortably while traveling.
The PSD stated that this initiative is part of a series of community and humanitarian programs implemented during the holy month of Ramadan.
These programs underscore the directorate's national and community role in promoting solidarity and compassion.
The PSD emphasizes its commitment to providing a safe and comfortable environment for citizens, residents, and travelers alike.
