AMMAN - Royal Jordanian airlines announced adjustments to its flight schedules on Saturday, citing airspace closures in several countries. Flights to the United States, Europe, North Africa, Saudi Arabia, and Lebanon are expected to proceed with minor delays.
Incoming flights scheduled for Saturday evening from the United States, Europe, North Africa, Saudi Arabia, and Lebanon are expected to arrive close to their scheduled times, the airline said.
Departures to the same destinations on Sunday will experience only limited delays, according to a statement from the airline.
However, flights to Syria, Iraq, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar remain suspended due to the closure of airspace in those countries. The airline is monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they become available.
