SOFIA - Jordanian national taekwondo teams are set to compete in the Bulgaria International Tournament in Sofia, marking a significant event for the country's athletes.
The tournament features participation from the men's, women's, and junior national teams, showcasing Jordan's commitment to developing talent across all age groups.
The men's and women's teams will kick off their competition with a strong lineup, including athletes such as Zaid Al-Halawani, Mahmoud Al-Taraira, Jaafar Al-Daoud, Zaid Mustafa, Saleh Al-Sharbati, Mohammad Al-Adarba, Mahmoud Yousef, Rama Abu Al-Rub, Razan Al-Rawashdeh, and Fadia Kharfan, all vying for top honors.
Following their lead, the junior national team will enter the competition, represented by Asid Nafe, Ahmad Al-Dahamsha, Abdullah Al-Zawahreh, Abdullah Shaheen, and Zeinab Bseileh. They will participate with the goal of making a strong impression.
Overseeing the national taekwondo teams is coach Fares Al-Assaf, who aims to achieve outstanding results, reflecting the esteemed reputation of Jordanian taekwondo on the global stage. Al-Assaf looks to guide the athletes to success in the face of international competition.
