Qatar: 4.6 billion real estate market transactions in 10 months

The value of Qatari real estate market transactions during
the first ten months of this year amounted to about 16.9 billion riyals (4.6
billion).
According to the data
of the periodic real estate bulletin issued by the Qatari Ministry of Justice
on Friday, the volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with
the real estate registration department in the ministry, during the first month
of November, amounted to 1.5 billion riyals.
The data showed that the volume of real estate transactions
during the third quarter of 2022 amounted to 4 billion riyals, while the volume
of transactions during the first half of this year amounted to 11.4 billion
riyals.
The data indicated
that 1,045 real estate transactions and 371 mortgage transactions were recorded
in various regions of Qatar during the third quarter of this year.
The Municipality of the Capital, Doha, topped the number of
traded deals, with 33 deals completed.
