742 million dinars exported by the Amman Chamber of Commerce in 10 months

The certificates of origin issued by the Amman Chamber of
Commerce during the last 10 months of this year, for the export of goods to
Arab and foreign countries, amounted to approximately 742 million dinars,
compared to 599 million dinars for the same period last year.
According to statistical data announced by the Chamber on
Saturday, the number of certificates of origin issued by the Amman trade in the
last 10 months of this year, 30526 compared to 31689 for the same period last
year.
The certificates of origin issued by the Chamber in the last
10 months of this year went to many countries, most notably Saudi Arabia with
7,722, Kuwait 5913 the United Arab Emirates 4097 Iraq 1153 and Egypt with a
number 907 certificates.
Exports in terms of value over the last 10 months of this
year have spread to Iraq worth 188 million dinars, Egypt about 98 million
dinars, Saudi Arabia 94 million dinars, the United Arab Emirates 76 million
dinars, and Kuwait worth about 33 million dinars.
According to statistical data, the value of exports of
foreign (re-exports) products was about 320 million dinars, industrial 187
million dinars, agricultural about 143 dinars, then Arab products worth about
60 million dinars, and the remainder of many other products.
Amman Chamber of
Commerce certifies the origin of Jordan's agricultural and livestock products,
raw natural wealth, foreign re-exported goods and foreign goods purchased on
the domestic market under specific conditions.
It also issues certificates of origin for Jordanian
industrial products as requested by the exporter on the basis of the plant's
original invoice, certified by an industrial chamber, and a duly certified
original certificate of origin issued by an industrial chamber, which
establishes that the goods are of Jordanian origin.
