Rising oil prices globally

Al-Anbat - Sarah Al Armouti

Oil prices rose during Tuesday's trade, due to concerns about shortages in supply from major producers, notably Iraq and Libya, due to political turmoil.
According to the WSJ, U.S. Niemex crude futures for October delivery rose 4.2%, or $3.95 to $97.01 per barrel.
The benchmark Brent crude futures for October delivery also rose 4.1%, or about $4.10, to $105.09 per barrel.
