NEW DELHI - Jordan is actively promoting its diverse tourism offerings at the South Asia Travel and Tourism Exchange (SATTE), held in New Delhi from February 25-27, 2026. The Jordan Tourism Board is leading the effort, aiming to solidify the Kingdom's presence in the promising Indian market.
The Jordanian delegation, which includes representatives from the tourism and hospitality sectors, along with national carrier Royal Jordanian, is highlighting the country's rich array of tourist experiences.
Jordan's tourism offerings encompass cultural, religious, adventure, and medical tourism, as well as incentives, conferences, exhibitions (MICE), and wedding tourism. This comprehensive approach caters to the increasing demand from Indian tourists for unique destinations and premium events.
As part of the initiative, the Jordan Tourism Board is holding meetings with major Indian tourism companies to explore ways to increase tourist flow to Jordan.
Royal Jordanian is supporting these efforts by enhancing air connectivity, operating direct flights to Mumbai, and preparing to launch a direct route to New Delhi. These enhanced connections are intended to boost tourism and trade between the two countries, reinforcing Jordan's position on the global tourism map.
