The Minister of Health, Dr. Firas Alhawari said that two deaths occurred in the Gardens Hospital, the first was before the power outage and the second occurred at 11:23 minutes, which is an hour and a half after the power outage.

He added in a press conference at dawn on Sunday, that the Public Prosecution opened an investigation into the incident, and the power outage did not stop the medical devices in the hospital.

He stressed that the causes of the power outage are being studied, calling not to pre-empt matters, as the Attorney General is currently studying the files, listening to testimonies and reading the files, stressing that the results of the investigation will be announced very soon.

He pointed out that the state of health of the two deaths was very difficult.

He stressed that what happened in the Gardens Hospital has nothing to do with what happened in the past, and what happened in the past will not be repeated

He pointed out that the hospital contains Corona patients and there are 60 patients in it.
