The second judicial panel specialized in corruption cases at the Amman Magistrate's Court headed by Judge Dr. Uday Al-Freihat obliged, during a public hearing on Tuesday, an employee of a public hospital to pay 21,100 JD. The value of the oxygen cylinders was estimated according to the expert report.

According to the judgment list, an employee of a public hospital gave some of the patients oxygen cylinders because they were infected with this virus; however, this has not been documented in official records, and the patients did not return these cylinders after their recovery, which led him to be convicted of wasting public money.
The court fined the convict a sum of money between 2,000 JD and the amount required for the government, 23,100 JD, and the decision will be subject to appeal to the competent court.
The court was found guilty of the crimes of wasting public money and negligence with job duties after holding case hearings and hearing prosecution and defense witnesses.
