Ajloun: good rain revive hopes for new agricultural season

The rain that have fallen since on thuresday in different
regions of Ajloun revive the farmers hopes for a good agricultural season, it
reflected positively on agriculture sector, both plant and animal.
Some of those who care about agriculture said that the rains
will reflected positively on agriculture, plant, and animal sector whence
distribution and quantities of precipitation, especially, for agriculture
field.

confirmed the importance for farmers of investing for precipitation in the
creation of earthy ashes to collect the precipitation in their farms to faces
water scarcity and to get benefits from
runoff during depression to collect as much as possible from rainwater.
He pointed out that the rains have positive effects,
especially on fields’ crops, in
addition to enhance soil moisture storage and collect water in earthy plant.
The farmer Ibrahim Shaaban said that the rains herald a good
agricultural season and it's clearing the air of dust and dirt and the vegetative
growth for the planted winter crops and increase the productivity efficiency.
The farmer Mohammed Freihat indicated that the precipitation
will contribute to the growth of wild herbs and plants early in the year, thus
securing the need for sheep from natural pastures and alleviating the financial
burdens on livestock breeders.
